Can I purchase a Meg + Wren headpiece shown on this website?
Yes. To purchase a piece from the Meg + Wren ready-to-wear collection please visit our Online Store. All millinery pieces are made upon order by Jennifer herself, so any of the millinery pieces seen on this website can be recreated in different colours, sizes and materials upon request. 
Prices of pieces in the Meg + Wren ready-to-wear collection include a hat box and instructions for how to wear and care for your millinery. Orders can be collected from the Meg + Wren studio in Brisbane by appointment, or delivered. Any delivery costs incurred will be additional to the listed prices. Please allow 3 weeks for your piece to be made plus delivery time.

How do I order a custom designed headpiece?
To order a bespoke headpiece, please send us an email to arrange an appointment with Jennifer to discuss ideas. Alternatively, if you are unable to meet for an appointment, Jennifer can consult with you via email or phone. Having material samples and an image of your outfit are helpful and will ensure a good match.

How much will a custom designed headpiece cost?
The price of a bespoke piece will depend on the materials used and the length of time involved in making the piece. Jennifer can discuss this with you at the initial consultation. A quote will be provided before commencement. Prices of pieces in the Meg + Wren ready-to-wear collection can be used as a guide. 
Change of mind/design changes after activation of the order may incur extra costs.

Do you repair or rejuvenate hats or headpieces?
Yes. Jennifer offers a repair service for any tired or damaged hats and headpieces. If you have a favourite headpiece that you wish to wear again, Jennifer can work with you to create a new piece by adding or replacing trims. A quote will be provided before commencement. Please send us an email.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes. Gift certficates are available and can be used for a ready-to-wear headpiece or bespoke order. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please send us an email.

Can I order a headpiece if I live interstate or overseas?
Yes. You can order a piece from the ready-to-wear collection or discuss a bespoke piece via phone or email.

How long will my order take?
Please allow 3 weeks plus delivery time. Delivery interstate is approximately 1-5 days and international delivery approximately 8-10 days to the address provided by the client. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the client. 
Change of mind/design changes will be completed within the agreed timeframe only if time allows.

How can I pay for my headpiece?
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required on order and balance of the invoice including freight on completion of the piece, before delivery. Payment can be made by Direct Deposit, Cash or Credit Card. Payment details will be provided on the quote and invoice. 
Change of mind/design changes after activation of the order may incur extra costs.

Can I return my headpiece if I am unhappy with it?
As all headpieces are handmade and/or custom designed to order we do not accept returns or do refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your headpiece if you need to discuss any concerns.
